Founded in 2024 and operated by OnCallable Corporation in Ontario, Canada, OnCallable was built from day one with transparency, trust, and efficiency in mind.
The idea for OnCallable was born from real-world frustration—stories of customers losing deposits to unreliable contractors and honest service professionals left unpaid after completing work.
The founders, themselves veterans of the construction industry, experienced these challenges firsthand and set out to build a better way.

When a customer accepts your quote and books you for a job, we will immediately charge the full payment for the quoted estimate. That payment will be held by OnCallable in escrow until the job is complete. Once completed, we will release it to your account.
OnCallable will only ever take a nominal application management fee, split by vendor and customer.
