Until now, booking through Instant Checkout worked like this: you described what you needed, saw your price, paid, and the first Pro to accept got the work. It was fast, and it worked. But you never got to see who was coming.
That changes with the latest release.
When you book through Instant Checkout, you now see the Pros who have put their hand up for your work, and you choose between them.
Up to three Pros can be waiting for you to pick. Each one shows their photo, their name, what they specialize in, how far away they are, and the date they are suggesting. You can open any Pro’s full profile before you decide.
The first Pro to accept is marked as the Recommended Pro and is pre-selected, so if you are happy with that, confirming takes one tap.
Upfront pricing settled what you pay before you book. Choosing your Pro settles who turns up. A name, a face and a profile before you confirm beats finding out when someone knocks at the door.
This is live now in the latest version of the app. If you have not updated recently, do that and you will see it on your next booking.
